Printed to order

Most SPEECH CLOTHING garments are printed after your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process, print, quality-check and carefully pack your order before dispatch.

Printing to order helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction. Standard SPEECH garments are not treated as personalised simply because they are printed after purchase, and your normal online cancellation rights still apply.

UK delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

• Royal Mail Tracked: £3.99
• DPD Courier: £4.99

The delivery options, final charge and any available delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you place your order.

International delivery

Free international delivery on eligible orders over $130 or €130. Eligibility and the exact threshold for your selected market are shown at checkout.

Tracked International Delivery is $9.99 or €9.99 where offered. International orders are sent using a tracked service, with Royal Mail and its local delivery partners.

Customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly says that these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Delivery times and tracking

Delivery estimates apply after the processing period and are shown at checkout where available. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, we will deliver within 30 days after accepting your order.

We will send dispatch or tracking information when it is available. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Delays, missing parcels and address problems

If tracking has not updated, your estimated delivery window has passed, or you believe a parcel is missing, email hello@speechclothing.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and put things right where we are responsible.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us immediately if it needs changing. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfilment has started.

Returns and exchanges

For a change of mind, UK online customers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back.

Email hello@speechclothing.com with your order number and tell us whether you want a refund or exchange. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
